Hello there, My Lyra Jet 2202 recently quit displaying the text in the menus. I have d/l'd the firmware, reset the device and still no text. Thoughts? It is about a year old.
I have graphics, just no text. I did the update for the player through the RCA software. It was working a few days ago, say Sunday or Monday prior to any updates.
RCA has offered to replace it IF I have the sales receipt and the warranty is still valid. We'll see.
Thanks for your reply, Daveshadow83,

I think you will need to upgrade the firmware of your player. Go to this page: http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/search/?sku=RD2762 Then select the "Downloads" then click on "Firmware Updates/Restore Utility". Downloading file RD2762_FWUpgrade_v3.60a.exe will be begun. Run this patch and good luck. gylacz
Hello,
try to enter service mode by pressing 08+power on

...
Good luck!!!
Go to the website and check for most recent firmware. go to support icon and press the update firmware button and then follow the guided instructions!! YOUR WELCOME
try brand new cables. I think a spike would possibly do this, doubtful though since the projector itself is not fried. also try reflashing the unit with the newest firmware.
If your 6360 has a blank display, garbled
characters, inverted, upside down, or backwards display the control panel is bad and must be replaced. Here's a video to replace it. It's very easy and takes about a minute.
