I have a Craig Model CLC501 and have to use both Comcast's control and the TV control in order to shut off TV. I have programmed everything else but can't seem to get tv to shut off with Craig control. Do i need another code?

Hi, some of these universal remote controls have a program procedure called "code search". When using the code search procedure you make the remote's proccessor to put out all the programmed codes in it. all the codes for cable/tv/vcr/dvd etc. so this procedure takes a long time to set the remote for your tv operation. Another option you can try is to contact craig electronics.com and go to their contact information where you provide your model number and email so they can contact you with parts information,
finally you can go to ebay.com and see if there is a remote up for bid or for "buy now" that will operate your tv.

you should contact the store, bring the tv and receipt see if you have a 1 yr warranty.
the tv has vga cable.connect to pc or laptop, you can watch tv shows,i have one still works. if you dont have the correct chords,the tv will not work. you need antenna to watch tv. you can order antenna from amazon. if you have cable you connect the silver part back of the tv, rotate you tv for signal.i t can be just need to rotate the tv for signal. i had to do that sometimes, signal can be bad in some parts of the house.

you can take it to best buy with charger,and vga chord, to testing, tos ee why your tv isnt working. they dont charge, .its free.
