Dryer stop working

Unplug dryer and check the vent pipe to outside clear it and make sure vent is clear ro outside atmosphere.
take back off of dryer and check fuse. Fuse is located on blower housing next to control thermostat.
If the fuse IS open (blown) then remove the filter housing and clean it as well. Try checking the switch to turn it on did you chek the dryer fuse its a dual switch?

Good day,
First, reverse the washer and dryer plugs in the outlet.
If that works, then the outlet needs changed.
If not,
The light switch is hot wired to the light circuit. Which means, if the machine is plugged in, the light will work.
Two possibilities.
1.The cord is bad, and needs replaced.
2. The light switch, which also runs the circuit to the motor is bad.
To access the switch, remove the lint filter, remove the 2 screws under it, then with a screw driver, pry up the top lid, one side at a time.
Lift the lid, but do not go above vertical. You will see the switch, and how to remove it.
You will need a VOM meter to test these items.
As well, make sure the machine is unplugged.

The following clip, at the beginning will get you started if you have to access the switch.

This is an electronic washer. Unplug for 2 minutes, plug back in, open and close lid 7 times slowly. This will reset electronic motor.

Check your outlets for a bad ground.

I bet you have a blown fuse. Fuse is located on the blowers housing near where the flex pipe hooks up. Clean out the dryer, open the vent to outside and replace this fuse:

Check your door closer switch. Mine was doing the same and it turned out to be as easy as changing the switch.

did you clean the lint?
is the way the airflow goes not blocked with residue??
