What is your question, and do you mean frozen as in water frozen or frozen like if the bearing locks up ?

Mine does this from time to time. I pull the SD map card, power it off, and hit the reset button while the unit is unplugged. These units are notorious for this. But then again, they're inexpensive. No receipt ... well, you're pretty much stuck with it. No receipt, no return or repair.

This is normal for these particular items. They don't "seem" to be frozen but they are fine. If everything else is frozen that should be, like, ice cream, ice cubes, frozen vegetables, then you don't have a problem. Do make sure your freezer is not building up ice anywhere and that the door is completely shut when you close it.

im havin the same problem my ones worse when i turn it on its frozen all i can see is white the menu doesnt appear can anyone help me fanks
