Hard to answer, you may dissassamble and then assamble and everything work.
As I understand you computer is beeping and stop working, this may caused by :
1. Dead/not properly installed video card
2.Dead/not properly installed RAM
3. Dead/not properly installed processor
or other device newly or already installed, you may dissassamble and leave only devices which are important to boot can be unpluged hard drive and checked ig motherboard works without it. Also reset bios by taking off battery for 10 seconds.
