Need to ulock my k800i put the code in dont seem to work

Did you try the Master Reset on the phone? It can be found in the Initial Setup menu?

Remember this will delete everything you have stored on your phone, so back it up first.

you don't need any anti virus for the mobile phones having compatibility with JAVA. JAVA does not allow any outside script to be installed in its system. Due to JAVA your phone is secure from virus so you dont need any antivirus

The phone lock code has probably been changed by the previous owner. You should contact him and ask him for the code.

I have just banged my phone on the kirtchen side thanks cause it worked. There must be a safer easier solution. Sony you have a problem. I'm so gald I am not the only one who has this annoying problem.
