I have a flashing blue screen with an "Error L03"

Diagnostic errors are not for the consumer but for the service tech, needs to go to repair shop.

kernell has over run the memory....
some corrupt registries may also cause this issue...
u can try to run a registry cleaner (Tuneup Utilitis or Registry defrag etc can do the job...search in google)

do a clean install of OS after data backup

L03 means that the firmware does not have the correct checksum. Firmware has to be reinstalled. My camera Kodak V1073 has an error on the screen an says " error L03" can you help me with my problem?.

Blue sreen problem occurs either faulure of Hardware or software and solution is right the message which is displayed on blue screen so you need to look at message once and follow the procedure according to blue screen.

if you are not aware of it then please post back the message which appears on blue screen.

Most likely problem is a physical problem with the hard drive, but could be plenty of other things. Best bet is to back up your information (if possible) and do a fresh windows install, if you continue to get the message after a clean windows install, your hard drive is not stable, and has a problem.

Help!!!!! now mine wont go back to working mode at all
