My Treo 600 keeps dropping calls. When I press send to call out it makes a noise and then just goes back to the dial screen. When I try to answer a call it makes the same noise and goes back to the dial screen without answering the call. Sometimes I can call and receive but it usually drops the call pretty quick.

Same problem, but mine began, when I changed between one Sim (telcel) to other SIM (Movistar). Whith the second my phone works fine, but with the first carrier, all sims failed to make phone calls
Its about $40 US on ebay. Try searching treo 750wx screen/digitizer/touch screen, etc. Also i tried searching treo 750wx but it didn't work, I suspect the 750 to be the same as the wx, but you might wanna make sure with the seller incase (Ask seller a question link is on the listing, or click their username and go to their profile and click on contact)
This is a common problem, the solution is actually called the "Treo Buzz Fix".
Earlier models of the Treo 600 had an unshielded cable that connects the battery to the main board. This cable causes loud buzzing and interference on the Treo.
If your treo is under warranty (unlikely probably...) then send it back to Palm for replacement.
If not, try the fix. The fix involves disassembling your Treo and wrapping aluminum foil around the offending cable. Here is a guide: http://mytreo.net/treofaq/BuzzFix
And here is a forum on MyTreo with high resolution pictures of the process, to help you:
Try with a new battery, also the connection cable between the battery and the main board uses to loose contact, try unplugging and plugging again the cable which connects the battery with the main board. A symptom that the battery is loosing power is that the screen flickers while making a call.
Best would be to perform a hard reset. This will delete all your contacts, but also all your other data on your phone as well such as mail, sms, call log, settings etc.
Unscrew the tip from your stylus
Locate the "RESET" hole on the back of your Treo 600
Press and hold the power button on the top of your Treo and then press the reset button with the stylus pin
Remove the pin from the reset hole FIRST, and then release the power button.
The screen will say "erase all data?", tap the up arrow to answer yes
same problem even harder reset than this did not work
