To change the screen resolution, click on Start - Control Panel - Display - Settings tab and the adjust the screen resolution slider to 1280X1024 click Apply.

I found this instruction at the G-Vision Website Tech Support. I hope it helps you.

7. I can’t use the keys on my monitor.
Your keys might be on the lock mode. To unlock the keys power off the unit hold down the down arrow at the same time power the unit back on.

Kogi black flat screen Key Lock Display

Use Ctrl+Alt Delete. A box will pop up and one of the buttons will have "Lock Computer". Click on that button, use your password to unlock the computer. You may have to type Ctrl+Alt Delte twice before the box pops upt.

First, you need to eliminate the video card or the Kogi as the problem, which is quite easy to do by testing a known working monitor on the Matrox card.

How do you turn off keylock

Power off your display monitor then hold down the down arrow key on the monitor at the same time you power on the monitor. This should unlock the monitor keylock [email protected]

On screen display on monitor locked and need to restore factory settings

Hold the menu button down long enough and it should unlock, if it unlocks and then locks back up immediately, you have a problem on the main board

Turn off monitor, then hold down the down arrow key on the monitor while turn on the monitor. This should unlock the monitor keylock
