Wont charge I have an LG KS360 webslider and when I plug it into the charger it wont charge and it does nothing as if the charger isnt even plugged in. Its only recently started to do this and I dont know why. Everything else works fine it just wont charge. How can I fix it?

THe webslider is a boost phone and the company of optus makes it, even though optus owns part of virgin the sim card will no work. Only boost sim cards and also optus sim cards will work

did u try turning it on with it plugged into wall charger,or try removing battery,and putting it back after a minute

Hi , I just had the same problem with my son's webslider and found this solution. Go to Settings-Memory Status(which is way down the bottom out of view, just keep scrolling down)-External Memory. Once selected you should see how much memory is available. Down in the lefthand corner is 'Format' select this and it will prepare your micro SD card for use in the phone.Make sure you turn the phone off after formatting and restart it, just as you would when installing new software on a computer. To turn on the LG KS360 (webslider) you simply have to press and hold in the RED end call button. make sure that it is charged and that the battery is in it

you need to update your software which needs doing every few weeks

the problem is very broad my dear, it can be the POWER IC, or AUDIO IC or SIGNAL IC,, you better go to technician in order for them to find the defected IC on your fon

the problem might be in ur charger pin in mobile.. if u hand ur mobile to any of the authorised service centre the will rectify ur problem...

Get it changed with a good piece.Something wrong with either the phone/charger. I suspect your charger.

Take it back to the store with everything you got and tell them it isnt charging, i had the same problum it said "Insert battery" even though it was in. but just take it to the store and show them.
