Sounds like a broken damper.

The drum assembly inside a front loader is noramlly supported by two or more big springs on the top, and two damper units underneath. If either or both of the damper units fail, the machine will still work but when spinning, the drum assembly will be able to move excessively causing serious vibartion - as you describe, quite often the whole machine leaps about !
If your comfortable working on washing machines, and can get hold of spares for your machine, then it isnt too bad a job. Otherwise, call an engineer !

Front load washer shakes violently during spin cycle

On something like this you will need to remove the washer wrap to inspect the suspension springs & base assembly. Please see the link provided for accessing the inside of the washer. Be sure the shipping pins have been removed. The tub should float freely.

Samsung P801 Front Loader shakes violently during spin cycle.

When the washer goes into spin cycle it is suppost to start at a slow speed and continue to increase speed (to a maximum of 800 RPM) as the water leaves the clothes. Your washer is going directly to 800 RPM which causes the washer to shake and stop giving you the E4 code. The control board that controls this speed increase must be replaced.

My Kenmore 80 series washer shakes uncontrollably in spin cycle.

try this
the washer needs to be leveled on a flat surface to properly function rock forwards then backwards
washing machine have stablizers on there leg pegs this insures it has a proper setting on floor
if this did not help there is a spring under neith that you did not load back to bucket to keep in place
most likely it just needs to be rocked you will know if pegs are seated properly

Kenmore washer shakes violently during spin cycle

syrny,

Not sure what you did, exactly. First, does the machine shake when spun empty...and then with water only? If so, you have probably failed to tighten something or misaligned something. Go over your work.

No shakes? Rearrange your load. You may have a pair of heavy wet jeans which is throwing the whole thing out of kilter. It only takes about a half pound of sodden clothing to do this.
