Generally, you don't connect one printer to another. You connect both printers to the computer (If you have a limited number of USB ports, then a powered USB hub is suggested.

I need cable from hp 5610 all in one to dell pc, i bought 5610 office jet all in one . i have a dell 4550 pc . i need everything it takes to hook together

Head over to the HP Parts Store site located at http://h20141.www2.hp.com/Hpparts/Default.aspx?mscssid=17D3FC6A12854685A008C66EFC2F2C0C.

Enter the Part Number 8121-0868 which is for a USB cable compatible with your printer. It looks like it's priced at $19.

Assuming you have the power cord, this should be all you need to get it working.

I have a new dell lap top and I want to hook up my hp officejet all in one printer

You will need the original disc that came with your printer.

If you do not have the disc, simply go to HP's main website (www.HP.com) and click on the 3rd tab, which is "Support & Drivers." Find your product and download the drivers for it. Save them to your desktop and once the download is complete, click on the icon(s) and follow the on screen instructions.

Good luck.

I dont have the disk for it and i want to hook it up another way

Access http://support.hp.com and "download" the device-driver software for your specific HP printer.
Install that software, and connect your printer *after* being prompted.

Installing hp printer to dell desktop

Go to www.hp.com, click support. Type in the box about halfway down in the middle of the page the exact model that's on the printer, like - officejet pro 7710xi, that will take you to the drivers page for that printer, find the one that says Full feature software, download it, first unplug your printer from the computer, then run the software and follow the instructions

NOT CONNECTING

Hi, have you connect your OfficeJet to one of your telephone outlet using a phone cord(usually provided with a AIO printer)? Fax requires analog phone line to operate. If you have a corded phone, you could disconnect it and hook it up to your OfficeJet.

Once you got it hooked up, try dial a # to your cellphone so you know it's dialing properly.

Good Luck!
