I have the same problem, the green tube is off and creating the shadows, tied the magic focus, it stopped with the number 5 displayed, and the problem still exists. It sounds like this can't be fixed without replacing parts. I also have the same problem that started yesterday (blue ghost) - tried Magic Focus, and it ends with a # 4.
