Speaker phone is always on in out going and incoming calls.

Brother there is a problem with u r HTC
in your phone speaker is not working better to give your phine in HTC Service Center..........they will ratify your problem

try downloading call hider 1.4.it can hide and even change both incoming and outgoing call numbers.

well what you can do is go to your phone company and they probally can track down your phone becuase thats what they did to my phone

then get a new sattilite data and reconnect.

I have a similar problem. Some time my phone works fine and some time the speaker is on and can't switch it off.. this is due to the charging pin, loose connection.. you need to handle carefully while detaching your phone from data cable or the charging wire.

sounds like a hardware problem.

try opening the phone up and having a look at the speaker connection.
maybe get a new speaker for it if problem persists.
