I downloaded my video but can't find it on youtube

I downloaded my video and I can play it back on my account in youtube, but I cannot find it in public youtube by simply filling in the name. What did I do wrong ?

Want to download a video from Uribe, you copy the url, then go to google, what's the name you use to paste the video to, is it veto cause I forgot
