Make sure that the input file format can be supported by the burning software. If not, try some other DVD burning software tools such as Leawo DVD Creator which can support more than 180 formats and keep the original quality.

XPS-410 needs to have MCE 2005 Rollup two SP3 replaced by Windows 7 64 bit. Too many problems to list currently but will work limited programs

Not sure what you are trying to do. If you are trying to convert 32 bit to 64 bit Apps, try going to manufacturers website to look for drivers.
Win 7 will actually find the best drivers for your devices.

Your link does not work. Also, I do not believe you may have understood the questions I was asking. I would like to know what I can do to be able to burn video that I have downloaded onto my computer...

If you dont have video burning capability, you will either need to get an external DVD burner or install a new DVD burner into your computer.
If the video is less than 700 Mb, you can burn a Video CD (VCD) onto a normal CD-ROM using a program such as Nero or Cyberlink.

Dell XPS 410 DVD rom will read cds but not dvds

Try to uninstall and then reinstall the driver for the DVD rom. Also, make sure you have a DVD application software that you can use to play those DVDs; like Realplayer.

I have Matrox RTX100 card when i run premier error message appear

There are occasions you find yourself facing DVDs as source videos for a project or need to do some "operation" on DVD with Adobe Premiere Pro. Whether it's for a wedding video, a sport highlight film, a video game demo, or some other project, more and more people have their video footage on DVDs (only) these days. Obviously this is not a wise move for editing - the video file has already been compressed, so you've already lost quality to begin with. But the fact is that you have to work with what you've got.

There are many problems would arise when importing and editing DVD to Adobe Premiere Pro, I just listed some of them here below, just check them out, if you happen to fall into one of their situation, then just read patiently, you will find an answer at the end
