You'll need your controller, console, and headset to do this. Make sure your headset is off before you start, then follow these simple steps.
Power on the PS3 console
Within the "settings" menu, press X on "Accessory Settings"
Press X on the icon labeled: "Register Bluetooth Device"
Scroll down and press X on the icon labeled: "Register Headset/Microphone/Headphones"
Prepare the headset to be paried by holding down the main buttong for 8 seconds.
Once the LED flashes blue and red (indicatin the headset is ready to be paried), press X on "Start Scanning"
Once Scan is complete, the PS3 will list all Bluetooth device visisble and within range.
Locate your headset ID, most likely "8860" or something similar, and press X on it's icon.
Enter 0000 (four zeros) as the Pass key and hit OK.
Now enjoy your synced headset!
If any part of this confuses you, you can find the manual for your headset online here. You'll need a PDF reader to view the file. There are plenty of free ones on the web, but if you don't already have one, I'd recommend this one. It's free and simple.
First try '0000' (four zeros). If it doesn't work, switch to '1234'. It it keeps failing, try '8888'.
Hope one of these codes might suit your case.
Cheers!
Carlos
