Hello:
Have you tried changing the gas, Especially, if it has been in the machine of a while. Also some Honda engines will not start if the oil is low. Also try removing the high pressure hose before you start it? Do not run it very long without water flowing through the pump, though.

could be many things...get a new spark plug...check plug lead not rubbed and shorting out on body...take flywheel off and check/replace cdi...or points if it has them.
