This is a standard tube tv.Ur high voltage is dead,the FBT,the flyback transformer.The big block of plastic with a red wire with a cap that hook to the CRT(tv tube).

Try resoldering the flyback transformers connections on the board. Its very common for the flyback pins to develope cracks around the pins which can cause that issue. I would check that first with that model.
sounds like the cP150, CP120 and CP114 capacitors need replacement. You can get the CP150, CP120 and CP114 repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com the kit contains the capacitors and the CD with instructions.Its listed under the RCA repair kits as RCA makes the GE models.
