You have a blown cap in the power supply it will be puffy on top replace them or have it done

    this model as well as other models from poalroid have serveral diferant power supply/main board combos. about in the middle

    og the power board if there is a standup diode on a heat sync

    . if you have a volt /ohm meter put is on diode check if the diode reads short 0 ohms it needs to be replaced if you don;t have this diode you need a mainboard or complete control box very hard to find any parts for these set try shop jimmy.com we aget a million of these sets at our shop we are the pnly shp thet repairs to componant level// good luck my freind

if you replaced the supply board then there is issues with the decoder board as you would need to chec kthat and see if its not the issue.

TV won't turn on

I have fixed many polaroids, the problems is most of the parts are contained in one self contained control box. it sounds like your power board is not funtioning. contact polaroid and let them know about your problem and see if you can get a new control panel. the contol panel only has one connection and 3 screws to replace. hope this helps.

try looking at the board inside the TV for bulged capacitors see polaroid thread. this is the problem on the polaroid could be the same here.

FLM-2011 will not turn on

does anyone have the answer to this problem. it seems like alot of polaroid tv's are doing this. please if anyone knows how to fix the tv and get it to turn back on and not flash red to blue anymore, please let us know.
