Ford Think as In Electric Car , 72 Volt System
6 Batteries
You don't need to replace the battery just because its dead or if you can get a jump from a friend and drive your truck around for an hours or so, your alternator should charged the battery 50-65% percent; to get it up to 100% I would say 3 to 4 hours of straight highway driving although I usually recommend put it on the charger overnight; most auto part store will even recharge the battery and test the cell its self making sure the battery is still can hold the charge and good. battery can be fairly expensive and can run anywhere from 50-75 bucks, depending on the cranking amps of the the battery. yes you can change or replace it your self, which is not that difficult. some auto parts store will even assist with replacing the battery, especially auto zone and never get it from a dealer, they have almost 100% mark up on most of their parts.
It would help us to answer you question if you include the model and type of vehicle.. When you say "batteries" you imply more than one - which would indicate that it is a diesel truck ??
Please add some more detail and we will do our best to help..
OR - if this helps enough - batteries can range in price from around $60.00 to over $100.00
You could also try this for a worth of information about your vehicle..
Go to autozone.com and register.. Enter your vehicle info and you will have a tone of available info about your vehicle.. Prices, parts, allot of "how to" help.. This might be all you need for the help you seek..
Have a great day !!
