Removing sharp R1831 over the counter convection microwave

This installation does not have the two long pins/bolts above the door which anchor the microwave to the wall plate. It appears to have two long rectangular plates/rods running up the anchor plate which are accessable under the microwave. I have pried, bent and hammered on these rods to no avail. It appears as though they should slide out of a locking mechanism hidden behind the anchor plate. I have removed all other screws which anchor the top of thge microwave to the cabinet. Can someone explain the removal process for this style of installation?

Trying to remove 1874 Microwave from 05 Dynasty. Mounted in slideout

Dynasty, There 2 long bolts toward the front floor of your overhead cupboard, could be under false floor of same. The lower underside will possibly be secured to mounting plate at back. Be sure to remove these screws otherwise you may bend your mounting plate.

Faulty microwave function on the SHARP R-957 model (900watt)

This is a problem in one of the damper-related components, most likely the switch, but it may also be the motor or the damper door.

The damper is a door inside that opens or closes depending on cooking mode. If the controller senses that the door is not in the right position, it will shut down the cook cycle.

Sharp models stop after 59 seconds.

See the attached sample photo for a typical damper assembly.

Info on ordering Sharp UK parts / spares is here.

How do I remove the door from our Sharp R-1874 microwave

Fixed the problem without any help from anyone. If you ask and ask and get no help I guess it is time to take on the problem and see if you can resolve it and I did. NO IT WAS NOT EASY but with a little thought and time over the last 2 days I did get the door changed. Thanks for letting me post even though I got NO help.

Please help with the problem

This is a problem in one of the damper-related components, most likely the switch, but it may also be the motor or the damper door. The damper is a door located on the right side of the innards. The damper closes and opens depending on cooking mode.
