Replace fuse 8 amp and Q406 part number RJK5020 both on the power supply board

is probably the z or y board.. if u have sound the y is bad
and no sound the Z is bad
but is best to change both of then

Change the main board if you have good picture and sound. If you don't have picture and sound, the inverter will also need to be change.

There are two places to look for the problems, the backlight inverter board and the power supply. Look at the power supply first since it is easier to get to, look for burnt parts, bad capacitors, etc.

Please post back what you find. It sounds like at least you do have the 5V standby power supply working but the main supply is not getting the 'ON' command from the main board, or the power supply is gettin ght e 'ON' signal but failed to turn on.
