Hi, This machine originally would have had two power cords coming out of the machine, one for the light and one for the motor.
These would have then been plugged into a block which in turn had one cord to a foot control and one cord with a plug that went to the wall receptacle.
Sounds like you are missing everything except the motor power cord. If the machine is running good it is worth buying a universal block and foot control which you can get for about twenty-five dollars at sewingpartsonline.com.

It's an older mechanical machine, but they are real workhorses. Just keep it clean and oiled (only fresh, good quality sewing machine oil or liquid Tri-Flow Synthetic Oil)--probably about every 6 months. Apply a couple of drops of oil every place metal rubs on metal. NO oil on belts, plastic, or cams. Be sure to oil the hook/race (one drop only) every 8 hours of sewing time. She'll probably run forever!
