It is Chinese junk. Promises of Service and Repair Manuals, but in reality, just Parts Diagrams! just take it to a good experienced mechanic who can fix it using 'The Force'.

Finding repair manuals with scooters is very difficult. Most
manufacturers prefer to have their dealers handle the repairs
so the dealers get the repair business. This appears to
be a Chinese made scooter, like most are these days.
Trying to get a service manual for it in China may be
more difficult unless you deal with the manufacturer directly.
Try partsproUSA as they seem to sell this model and parts for it.

There should be a blend door behind the dash that directs air thru the heater core and evaporator core.
Look at Youtube for "lancer blend door" for a video on the repair.

This is the repair manual and is a CD for use with a PC.
