Child lock will not turn off when i tap on it

No matter; Either you do not have a lock on your dispensers or you have a child lock out on the dispenser key pad. This lock will lock out both the water and ice dispense.

Yes, you need to reset the filter alarm. Try holding in the "ice type" and "child lock" buttons at the same time, and hold until you hear the chimes (about 2 seconds). That should do it.

Either the paddle for the ice/water dispenser is stuck or you have a bad microswitch behind the dispenser.
To stop the ice/water from dispensing open the freezer door and press or hold the child lock button down. Once the unit is in child lock mode you can shut the door without energizing the dispenser.
Another option is to remove the upper freezer door hinge cover and disconnect the wire connector up there. This will remove voltage from the dispenser as well. Then either replace the paddle or switch. Sometimes the paddles/switches will get stuck because of splash up from ice dropping in sugary drinks.

Your dispenser is child locked. Hold the child lock button for 4 seconds and the key should disappear, if you do not know which key to press I will need the model number from the tag located on inside of the fresh food section top right corner.

The obvious thing to check is to make sure child lock isn't turned on if it has that feature.

The water dispenser work but the ice dispenser don't work.
