Ask to speak to the department manager and if that doesn't get results, ask to speak to his manger, same thing if that doesn't work, keep going up the management line. I've had excellent results with this approach!
It comes with a one year warranty so if its less the one year take it back to Wal-Mart and they will send it to the company were they will either fix it or replace it.

Blue tooth keyboards come with a dongle that operates them. If you have an unused USB port just connect a keyboard that has a USB plug on the end of it's cord.
