I haven't replaced one on the 650 as I've never seen one fail. They are very reliable so make sure the printer is actually faulty before ordering one. Usually easy to replace. Just one connector on most.

Those machines have a memory allocation section where you need to define the file sizes for products, etc. If your file size is smaller than the machine you are copying from, then it wont work. Try setting the memory allocation first.
