The keyboard attaches to the motherboard with a ribbon cable on most laptops. Google for take apart instructions for your model, open it and *carefully* detach and reattach the ribbon cable, then test again.

I would suggest that you restart your computer and go to the Boot Up screen. Once you get to the Boot up screen go to the option that shows USB decives. If they are disabled, then change them to enabled.
For Network - I am not too sure but you may be missing the network drivers. You can visit the website http://www.panasonic.com.au/support/downloads/file_type_results.cfm?fileTypeID=1&productCategoryID=158 and install the appropriate drivers for your PC. Even if this does not help, then please reply back with more information of your issue. I will try my best to resolve your issue.
