Hello Your projector is in security lock Enabled condition. If you have forgot the pascode . You can change the password by Use the Menu'UP'/'Down' '<'/'>' buttons to enter the four digit pascode. The default password is "ENTER,ENTER,ENTER, ENTER". After this is entered, you can put in a new pasword. Therefore when you use this function for the first time, pleas input "ENTER" four times. To cancel the security lock, press the Menu key, then turn OFF the "Security Lock" setting on the INSTALL SETTING menu. If you call the customer service center because you have forgotten the password, you will need to be able to veryfy the projectors' serial number and your identity.
