Also the lithium ram backup battery voltage will be displayed as check level with a number representing the battery voltage. The number will be 10 times the actual battery voltage. A new battery will display 33 representing 3.3 volts. If your reading is below 22 then your battery is shot and will need replacing and if you turn the unit off it will probably get a scrambled memory again.
