That model had a likelihood of the electrovalve growing a green crystal inside the fitting where the teflon tube comes from the boiler. The electrovalve is a solenoid operated tap on the steam wand side accessed by removing the lid and the side cover. I used to take the electrovalve off completely to do the job. To get the teflon tube out you depress the silver collar around the tube towards the fitting and pull on the tube. It won't come out unless you depress the collar. You then unscrew that same fitting and clear the green crystal out with a probe or screwdriver and rinse or blow the fitting out. The fitting was sealed from new into the electrovalve with some sort of sealant product, I used to clean out the threads and use some thread tape, I never had a leak and did heaps of them over the years.

What position do you have the knob in? According to your manul it should be in position 9 not in position 8 for steaming.Good Luck.

Sounds like you have an internal blockage in one of the boilers.
Take it to your local service agent for repair.
Did you remove the milk frother and try the hot water again?
A blocked frother is a very common problem .

On mine, the coffee dispenser had become stuck or clogged with ground coffee. cleaning this and giving it a bit of assistance on the next power up solved the problem. you will need to remove the two TX-15 torx screws at the front under the coffee flap/lid and the water flap/lid. there are also four screws down the back which dont have any screw driver slots in them. you will need a pair of vice grips or similar pliers to undo them. The top then lifts off and you can see down the coffee dispenser enough to clean it out. If you intend to test it with the lid off you will need to tape a magnet on the gray reed switch at the top (to simulate the ground coffee lid being closed). Obviously if you remove the two last screws at the bottom back you can easily remove the sides however in my case this wasn't necessary.

Maybe your electric hot water valve that let the water out of the stream wand is blocked. Remove the top and right hand sides covers and you would notice a sliver color metal valve mounted on a white plastic frame. Remove it out of the unit and clean the clear tubing fittings. At least on my unit, the nozzle inside the fittings is blocked with green deposit.

- Make sure that the filled water container is in the appliance.
- Turn the program selector to "On" with lighting and place a container under the hot water spout and another
under the steam spout.
- Press the hot water button, turn the steam selector counterclockwise and dispense hot water until it flows in
quiet, continuous streams.
- Press the hot water button again.
Turn the steam selector clockwise to o, to turn off the water.

Did you try my solution? I'd be surprised if it was anything else.
