The error code triggers when an object is detected by the folding sensors on the underside of the treadmill. The folding sensors look like small trapezoids: two on the back and two on the front. Make sure there are no foreign objects underneath the treadmill. If no objects are present, inspect the sensors for damage.

My treadmill kettler ktlr 7881-500 error showing 40 please reply

Simply just slow down your treadmill until it comes to a complete stop. And then hit the stop button now many different treadmills have different ways of resetting. Most modern treadmills have a reset button on the back of the console or someplace on the front. If the treadmill's screen isn't working, you can use this to reset it. If the on/off button does not work, press and hold the treadmill's reset button for 10 seconds before turning it back on. It will begin to function.

How do i fix a lifegear treadmill 97520?

Try below:

ERROR CODE
DESCRIPTION
E1
Speed error (The treadmill running speed is 3.2 kph faster than the displayed
speed). The treadmill will stop immediately when the console detects this error.
E2
Speed error (The treadmill running speed is 3.2 kph slower than the displayed
speed). The treadmill will stop 16 seconds later after the console detects this
error.
Troubleshooting / Resetting error codes
In the rare event of the treadmill displaying an error code ("E" followed by a number), simply reset
the computer by:
1. Step off the treadmill. Ensure that you are clear of the running belt.
2. Turn the treadmill off at the master power switch located near the motor housing.
WARNING: Ensure nothing is positioned near or under running belt which may possibly block
it's normal operation.
3. Turn the treadmill on at the master power switch.
4. Ensure that the Safety Tether Key is securely and properly installed onto the console or just
reinstalling the Safety Tether Key can also reset the display.
If the above does not clear the error code, please contact the nearest Dealer/Service Center

What's the problem of error 1 on my york t520i treadmill that stopped working, I need your help please.

Error 1: Speed sensor error Turn the power switch off and on again to reset the treadmill. If the treadmill returns to normal operation, you may continue to use the treadmill. If treadmill does not return to normal operation, then call the dealer for advice.
ERROR 1 CODE This is a safety feature that can stop the treadmill from functioning. This error can occur because the computer is not receiving the correct information from the speed sensor located near the motor. As a precaution the computer stops the treadmill until it begins to receive the correct feedback. By performing a few simple checks, the error can be cleared quickly and easily, and the treadmill can be ready for use. The treadmill does not move and displays "ERROR 1" Switch off the treadmill at the mains, and then switch it on again. If "ERROR 1" still shows switch off and push the running mat round (1 cycle) using your feet. Then switch back on. If "ERROR 1" still shows, then UNPLUG from the mains and check all of the wire connections made during the assembly. (SEE BOLD PRINT) UNPLUG If the treadmill still does not move, then please contact the helpdesk. Doing this may reset the program error, and the treadmill will be ready to use. This should reset the sensor, and the treadmill will be ready to use. Once the cables have been checked, turn on the treadmill again. This should eradicate the problem. 1. 2. 3. When assembling, there are several cables that need to be connected. It is very common for these cables to look like they are connected when they are in fact not fully connected. Make sure that these cables are connected as tightly as possible. The connections may have come apart whilst assembling the treadmill. here is a link to your treadmill web site http://www.yorkfitness.com.au/uploaded/pdf_71T520i%20Treadmill_5562.pdf

Keep pressing the enter key until the numbers cycle through to the number "CL26." Press enter one more time. The letter E should appear on the display screen.

  • 3

Press enter twice more. The letters "SS" should appear on the screen. When this happens, press the start/stop key. Making sure to keep well away from the tread, press enter to start the treadmill. The treadmill will start on its own. The treadmill will stop on its own after a few seconds. When it stops, press the power key two times. Remove the safety key and put in a safe place. Life fitness treadmill display: transistor error-won't run

This error shows up if motor controller detects a failed part. This isn’t a reset-able error. Treadmill will not allow workouts until serviced.
Solution
Main motor wires/leads could be disconnected at the start of a workout. If the motor is properly connected and in working condition then the drive transistor could have failed. Check Motor Controller.
