Like previous poster, I'm guessing that you want something like this......Whate we need to know is : what formats do you need for Dates and Rate ?
Start Date
Rate per Workday
Finish Date
Your issue is not stated very clearly so I'll make some guesses about your problem.
I'm guessing you mean "rate" (Starts-per-Week) is the number of starts you have that week.
I'll guess that those starts are not new start dates but something else-maybe job starts.
Each start implies a job duration period. Do you want to know the finish date of each job or are you only interested in when the last job will be completed? Don't think I can give you meaningful Excel formulas at this time.
Maybe Excel is the best tool for this job but I suspect someting like Microsoft Project would be more appropriate (but expensive). You should Google "project tracking", "project orgainization" and "Gant chart" and read what you find to get a good feel for your problem and how to solve it.

4. Press START/STOP (upper right button) to select MINUTES

6. Repeat to set Hours, Date, Month, and Day of the week.
(Go through 12 hours to set AM or PM)
7. Press MODE when finished

9. With DATE displayed, press and hold START/STOP, then press ADJUST to change display between DATE-MONTH
10. With TIME displayed, press and hold ADJUST, then press MODE to switch between 12 and 24 hour format.
I hope you are now able to set the time on your watch! If you appreciate these instructions, please remember to rate this post.
