I think its not unlocked for your network. Make sure it is unlocked, if its not send it to Dr. Cell Phone, they unlock HTC Phones .

Looks like you might need a new touch screen. Send in your phone for repair to Dr. Cell Phone. They can replace the touch screen on your HTC 6900 for $74.99

your default software for your htc is windows 6.1 go to htc authorised center and change the latest windows software which is easy to use

you needto replace the ants which live behind the touch screen
get some fresh once from your garden (or park) if you don't have a garden

Open phone( oh not allowed or warrenty void)
WHAT warrenty?
anywat open phone and you will see a few dead ants behind the screen.

Replace ants with fresh live ones
Close phone (quickly or ants excape)

power on phone

Never do hard reset on phone
It will electrocute some ants

I find the HTC touch drops many more calls than other phones I've had. Just doesn't seem to be able to hold a weak signal very well. On my way home from work, I had 2 places where I dropped calls. When I got the HTC Touch, I now have about 4 or 5 places where I lose calls. One additional place is sitting at my desk at work. Very frustrating!
