Turn off the phone Press and Hold together Volume down + Camera button + Menu button + Power button
do not release the button until the phone vibrates and the screen will appear again, the phone will reset, removing the unlock code.

Welcome to Fixya. May i know what do you mean when you when you power on the computer and can't get pass the sec. Please provide the exact and brief information of the problem so that we can provide you with a solution with a problem.
When you power on the computer can you see the POST Screen? Is it not responding on the Windows loading page?

use a flashing software or get it to nearest cdma(usually blackberry) shop.they will format the memory.then all cards will work
