Chevrolet Monte Carlo 350 V-8 Turbo-Fire, model year 1973, version for North America U.S.
power: 108 kW / 145 hp / 147 PS ( SAE net ), torque: 346 Nm / 255 lb-ft
I have a 2000 Chev Monty Carlo we have replaced the transmission, water pump, rewired fan and tested for gage pressure. The problem is water is not circulating through the hoses. Any suggestions
Probably the gps antenna is not working due to rusty (water inside it). Check the antenna disassembling it. Third part antenna for the NT1 is not available due to proprietary connector so you must buy a (expensive) genuine new one from JVC. Sometimes it's possible repair the old one.
Have you tried re-flashing the unit with the latest EU firmware update available from the JVC website? http://www.jvc-victor.co.jp/english/car/support/navi/nt1/eu/index.html Should overide the current firmware then allow you to use UK maps. If it doesn't work you can always reflash it with the USA update.
