Mary, have you tried to communicate with the seller?
You have not told us enough to answer your question. We need little things like make or brand, model or style, etc.
Best of luck.

I'm buying a necklace and pendant that says platinum plated and 14 K gold is it real and what does platinum plated mean

14 k and platinum plated are just words to make junk jewellery look more expensive
real gold is stated in C not k as the word is spelt carat
platinum is a precious metal but when used with the letter K it indicates that what you are looking at buying will have very little value in real terms

I Ordered a navy blue with gold Apple Watch when my son opened it today it was rose gold obviously aman isn't going to wear a rose gold watch. I ordered on dec 7

Personally I prefer the colour of rose gold...

Retailer might have sent you the rose gold model due to supply problems rather than send nothing. It might even have been done from good motives.

Double check your order to ensure you didn't click the wrong colour box by mistake and then contact the retailer if they really sent the wrong colour and advise them you are returning it for exchange or refund and expect them to refund your postage. You will need to use a premium service that is recorded and tracked and has adequate insurance cover.

Changing the glass

The glass on it broke so you should take it t your local jewelry store if you already did that take it to a profesional watch store and ask the head person.

Rose gold Skagen watch strap changing colour to brassy.

this answer may sound odd but it happens, Everyone exerts different energy. Skagen bands are usually very tolerant of that but something in the band is having an effect from your skin. which is unlikely but very common in other watches. I believe they use copper in the mix for the rose gold bands, you may want to request a silver or gold band next time.. unfortunately the copper does not react well with your skin.
