sounds like the remots have lost two way communication. try to disconnect the windsheild antenna.try remotes again after pluging antenna back in.

That remote can work with both a security system, and a combo unit security/starter.

Best bet is to take the vehicle and remote to your local Viper dealer and they can look the car over and tell you what was installed and help you learn how to use it.

SOURCE: Remote start works. Key fob locks the doors but doesn't unlock. Driver side button won't lock or unlock the doors, but passenger side button will. What's wrong?

Bad switches, contacts, fuses/relays.
