SOURCE: MY CAMPBELL HAUSFELD DH5300 PAINT SPRAYER WILL NOT SPRAY PAINT.
there are several issues that can cause this problem.
I will assume you have used the sprayer before so that will eliminate an incorrect air cap. The only other issues are paint viscosity, worn parts and the number one cause improper cleaning.
Be prepared for a complete disassemble of your gun. Depending on what you spray any residue can become hard as cement and it only takes a small amount to cause problems.
Below is a link to the manual that gives an exploded view of your gun.
Hope this helps but if not please let me know and I will trouble shoot further.

Ok, go to campbel hausfeld web site and download a manual for your sprayer : http://www.chpower.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/XManuals?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10001
Find your model number and look at parts view. Pay paticular attention to the inlet and outet valves. They must be absolutely clean to function. These pumps must be thoroughly cleaned when finished.

There are a few different things that could be going on with your machine. Do you usually clean it up after you are done using it? cause if you don't, dirt can get clogged up and not allow the paint or water through. If thats not the case then you probably need to check all the packings for your machine.
If you need any parts in order to fix it or should you be looking for a new machine, log in to www.roncoshop.com where you will find most parts and new machines.
