It is best removed as far as possible while still wet. After scraping most of it off with a knife or similar taking care not to spread the stain, it needs diluting with a solvent and mopping with clean absorbent material while stretched over a hard surface until it has mostly gone and then sponging with a strong detergent or a mix of detergent and solvent.
The trouble is the solvent will attack many manmade fibres.
An alternative is to leave it alone to dry thoroughly into a hard spot. Thoroughly cured it becomes a hard and brittle cake that can be broken up into dust with some gentle tapping with a hammer over a hard surface. More will fall clear over time every time the fabric is flexed.

Use regular acetone based remover... worked like a charm on mine. No evidence the brown polish was ever there!
Matte nail polishes do not shine like creme ones. They are very trendy these days although can be harder to apply to the nails as they don't glide when you paint them onto the nails.
Creme is the most common and basic of all the nail polishes. It's a pure kind of nail polish in the sense that no pigments, bases or glitter etc have been added. But they still shine really well.
