The thing you need to do would be to give us a bit more information, such as is the reciptile live as in plug a light in it and it lights up. And does the cord for the cooker plug into the cooker or is it hard wired into the cooker. The only other thing I can think about is if you have no experience with electric safety I would suggest you take it to a repair facility.
