Hi friend,

Don't worry!

This is probably you have set the "call barring" ,You can confirm if you have set this as the following:call center-General call settings-SIM1 call settings-call barring-incoming calls-All calls/When roaming,if you have set your cell phone under this condition, you can not receive the incoming calls, you can try to cancel this setting to see if you can receive the incoming calls.

Or you have set the "Line switching",you can check this as the following:call center-General call settings-SIM1 call settings-Line switching-Line1/Line2,some cell phones can only receive the incoming calls when they are under the condition either "line 1" or "line2" ,if you cannot receive the incoming calls when they are under the "line1" condition, you can try to swith it to the "line2",but if you cannot receive the incoming calls when they are under the "line2" condition, you can try to switch it to the "line1".

If you found it still cannot work after you doing the above, you may confirm if you cannot....you can get much solutions of the problem here: http://www.1010store.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=227

Good luck!
