Hi,
If you want to use th built in email client you need an internet access package from your mobile operator that allows normal internet access (sockets) and not wap access. If you do have a package that allows sockets (POP3 mailbox acess) then you can get the phone settings or from your operator or from the Sony Ericsson support site (where you will have to fill in a few details).
