Hi,
Try leaving the battery out overnight and then put it in again the following day to see if it turns on. If not, then a reflashing of the phone is needed. Try to flash it with NSU (Nokia Software Updater) from Nokia's site. If this doesn't work you will need to send it off to be serviced. Good luck!

When you try to turn it on it vibrates once and a white screen that says Nokia in blue comes up and it stays like that. the phone seems to be on, then it means
there is a problem with the phone. Most likely a hardware or software
problem. If the screen comes on partially and goes off back, then it is a
software problem, but if it does not come on at all or looks broken,
then it is a hardware problem.
If it is a software problem, it
will require you to flash the phone with the best appropriate software
If it is a hardware
problem, that is if the phone hits a hard object, then it means you
will have to replace the screen with a new one.
The display of the phone is damaged. Thats why when you press turn on its vibrate But screen not come. Replace the screen its will start work again.Thanks.
maybe a battery fault
if you can find someone with the same phone try there battery in your phone if you get the same result then it is a problem with the phone and a thech will need to look at it
