Try trouble shooting the battery for any lost connection....
if it is within the warranty then go ahead and change it...

Hi,
Try leaving the battery out overnight and then put it in again the following day to see if it turns on. If not, then a reflashing of the phone is needed. Try to flash it with NSU (Nokia Software Updater) from Nokia's site. If this doesn't work you will need to send it off to be serviced. Good luck!

My Nokia e71x's battery died and now when i try to turn it on it vibrates once and a white screen that says Nokia in blue comes up and it stays like that. HELP!!

Hello there,

When you try to turn it on it vibrates once and
a white screen that says Nokia in blue comes up and it stays like that. the phone seems to be on, then it means there is a problem with the phone. Most likely a hardware or software problem. If the screen comes on partially and goes off back, then it is a software problem, but if it does not come on at all or looks broken, then it is a hardware problem.

If it is a software problem, it will require you to flash the phone with the best appropriate software

If it is a hardware problem, that is if the phone hits a hard object, then it means you will have to replace the screen with a new one.

Thank you for choosing fixya
