80GB frozen with "Do not disconnect" displayed on screen.

"Do not disconnect" displayed on screen. disconnected correctly, displayed okay to disconnect window. tried reconnecting and won't show up in itunes but will show connect icon at bottom right of computer screen. Currently frozen on "Do not disconnect" display.

    To turn off. Press and hold okay and menu.

Try doing this: Toggle the hold switch and put it back in the off position. Then press and hold the center button and the menu button simultaneously for ten seconds and the apple symbol should come up on the screen. Then it should work like normal. Hope this helps!

Tom Tom go 910 screen get frozen every time I turn it on

Sounds like your firmware is corrupted. I have fixed a few 910's with this same problem. If you have the Tom Tom Home program installed, try to reinstall the firmware using Tom Tom's website.

Make sure you always select to disconnect the device before unplugging it. You might have unplugged it from the PC while it was still writing data. This will certainly corrupt the firmware.

Frozen up!

On the body of the player try to find a hole that says reset button. With needle push inside and restart the player. That could help.
