Usually there is either a panel that covers the screw attachments on the back or the panel covers the bottom of the base or foot and the attachment screws are there, but most monitors have panels that cover the screw attachments.

Get Your Samsung Syncmaster 245bw 24in monitor to rotate

Samsung ships this monitor in two flavors according to my converstation with L2 tech support, the stand that rotates and the one that does not. According to L2, I have the one that supposedly does not, as the one that does says so on the outer carton. But the stand has a round mount that attaches to a 200 x100 mounting hole bracket that attaches to the back of the monitor. But out of the box even with about 20 pounds of force it only rotates about 3 degrees clockwise or counter clockwise and then hits a hard stop (like a pin) and there is no release button. You cannot rotate it....yet. So here is the trick. You need to remove the 4 screws that hold the mount to the back of the monitor and remove it from the mount. Now when you look at the rotate mechanism you we see a phillips head lock screw....remove it. Remount the monitor and now it will rotate as it was designed to do. My guess is that when Samsung sells this monitor with the "optional rotate" feature, they get a few more bucks for it! Hope this helps...BBRAND.

Fit in box

If it is into the original box and you still have all the packing then first step would usually be removal of the monitor base.

With CRT monitors the base usually pushes to the back and it is best done with the monitor upside down so that you can check for any locking tabs that may need to be pushed open.

Once the base is off you will find it easier to see on the packaging how it should fit..

Drop the base packing into the box first and then the monitor followed by the top packing.

there is usually a space for the base on the top packing.

My LG air conditioner is rattling. It is brand new out of the box today. Can anyone help?

Many things can cause this, blower out of balance, loose compressor mounts, (did the instructions specify removing a shipping bolt?) sometimes units are shipped with a bolt to hold the compressor down that has to be removed. If not, I would return it where I bought it..

Disassemble anlg lcd 19''

The following link will show you the 'pdf file' for the assembly of your monitor.
You should be able to reverse this procedure in order to disassemble it in order to put it back into the box.

Go to page 4 and look for "Removing the stand base" to see how to disassemble. Binary Bob

The plastic part that the printer cartridges fit into was loose in my printer when i got it. what i want to know is is it supposed to be fixed perminantly or can i clip it back on, which i have tried but...

If you just recently received the printer then it is probably still under the manufacturers warranty which means you can return it. The problem you are describing sounds like the printer was damaged in shipping and therefore, in most cases, the manufacturer should replace it for you.

LG front loader

There may be a block of styrofoam still under the unit from the packing material or the 4 shipping bolts might still be in the back.
