Bought 09/23/2019 sealed box (I mean sealed) I turned on the speaker, and my Samsung Tab E picked it up at once. My Blue Tooth Dongle on my PC finds the headset, mouse, Jam2 speaker. Any one have ideas, they would be greatly appreciated
NO Dell PC stated, 30 years of PC it can be, missing BT options sure.
not BT dongle maker and brand stated.
but that must be installed first, and get the BT driver working first
is this a WINDOWS based PC, dell sells pCs with many OS
Windows is but one. and comes in XP,VISTA,W7/w8/w8.1 and w10 (8versions of 10, v1903 is now)
the BT must showup in the device manager, what ever dongle you bought IDK, and the PC must be internet connected so the poor thing can actually use Plug and PLAY.
then when that works you must force BT scan. doing the Pair steps stated in your speaker manual BT

Hello,
Had the same problem. But before filling the logitech RMA from to get a replacement, I put new batteries into the mouse and the mouse worked again.
I am using rechargeable batteries, and I seems to me even if the green light on the bottom of the mouse is on, the driver warning for low battery does not come on. May be the volage drops to fast with a older set of batteries.
Try out new batteries. Hope this helps.
I am using the LX7 mouse for more than 2 years with lost of abuse (>10x drops from shoulder hight to hard office floor, sitting dongle in my pocket and dropping my backpack onto the floor with the dongle on the botton in the backpack).
Regards.

I have verified that your phone supports DUN Bluetooth profile so you should be able to use it as intended.
You need to verify though that your dongle supports DUN service profile. If it does, you may follow the instruction below for step-by-step guide:

Make sure the headphones are set as "default" under Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Sound>Manage Audio Devices - same for microphone if you're using it for online speech.

There is some problem in your Bluetooth device driver. Try to uninstall it and restart your Pc then reinstall it.
