A "C" will appear during the first weighing, this is a self-calibrating feature on some scales. It means the scale is re-calibrating to zero. Please re-weigh for accurate reading. Scale will also re-calibrate after every battery replacement.

The zero capture is out of the 2percent tolerance so the cell is either faulty or requires zeroing. Open the unit and press the micros itch on the left of the board. The display flashes s. Press the zero key to change to flashing E. Press store to scroll to zero balance. Press semi auto tare. This captures zero without clearing the span calibration. The display will scroll around for a short period when complete press store.. Release the micro switch and scale will go thru warm up routine then display zero. Hope this helps, regs Darren.

My etekcity EB4410B scale displays a C shape after weighing. What does that mean?

The C error message can indicate a problem with the weight measurement or a need to recalibrate the scale. Make sure that the scale is on a hard flat surface. Try stepping off the scale and back on. Make sure to stand still on the scale. If the problem continues, step onto the scale with one foot until the display lights up. Step off the scale and wait. The display should read 0.0 if the unit has been recalibrated.
Several Etekcity scale manuals are available here: https://www.etekcity.com/support/manual?_url=%2Fsupport%2Fmedia . The calibration step is usually required if the scale has been moved or turned upside down.

I hope this helps.

Escali scale wont turn on

Step on the scale and immediately step OFF and the scale will then be ready to weigh you. If this does not work, then you need to replace the battery.

My scale shows that i weigh about 30 pounds lighter than i do.

If this is showing your weight, how do you know how much you actually weigh?
Also, you should be testing on a flat, SOLID surface (bathroom tile works well).

Won't show a weight - only shows" oL". What does

This means overload....either the weighed object is too heavy for the machine or it's problem with the scale.

When i try to weigh something on it it displays 'our2'. And does not work

OUR2 is probably OutZ or Out2, means you have to recalibrate your scale. Refer to your scales manual for instructions on recalibrating, usually you have to turn on your scale, press CAL button, wait till it displays for example 100g, depending on how much your scale can weight, then put that weight, for example 100g on your scale (you can use coins if you don,t have anything else, though be precise as coins can weigh more or less, informationon coins weight can be found in your country national bank site. After you put the weight, it should display OK or PASS, if it's FAIL or the scale turns itself off, it's either broken or the weight is not correct
