If it has happened before how did you fix it last time?
It is probably caused by some program you have downloaded and installed.

You could try going into control panel and make sure you don't have some unusual mouse pointer assigned.

Is it the actual cursor or the mouse pointer?

How do i expand my screen?

Either click on the GREEN dot in the upper left part of the screen or put your curser next to the edge of the screen until you see a DOUBLE ARROW. While holding down the left click button, drag the screen to the desired size.

Weird. Make sure that there is nothing else on the screen it wants you to select. Sometimes they are not so obvious.
If not, hold the power button down until the computer shuts off and restarts, but like I said, make sure there is nothing else on the screen that it may want you to select.
Hope this helps.

Sounds to be a hardware problem. especially if it would move by itself at times, now not at all.

Windows is detecting it correctly, right?

If so, then i would say time for a new one.

Does my computer screen need replaced if it has green line on the bottom and green flashing dots

Hello

Ok, well, it does not necessarily mean that your screen needs replacement. It can be a couple of things which can cause this.

Firsly, you need to check your graphics adapter. Test this by plugging it into another screen, if the problem persists it is your graphics card.

If the problem does not appear when you use another screen, the problem is most probably with the screen you are using.

Hope this can steer you in the right direction.

Kind regards

Sounds like stuck pixels, you really can't fix that. Do some google research if you are curious what a stuck pixel is.

Red Dots

You can get rid of the red dots by adjusting the V-scan voltage down, it's on the panel sticker inside the unit, you can find the test point on the DC to DC pcb, and the adjustment pot is on the same board, lower it as you watch the screen and only lower it enough to rid the screen of the dots
